Number 1 graduate employer

Published:

Unilever has been voted the number 1 graduate employer in the Consumer goods, Manufacturing and Marketing category at the annual Graduate Employer Ranking industry awards held in early February.

ANZ Top Grad Employer

The ranking is based on an annual survey carried out by GradAustralia which asks over 6000 university students to nominate graduate employers that most appeal to them. It also looks at employer brand perception and the motivations and expectations when students are choosing a graduate employer.

Daniëlle van den Broek, Vice President, Human Resources, Unilever Australia and New Zealand, said

“We are delighted and honoured to receive this award. Investing in our future leaders and embracing the disruptive and innovative thinking of young people, is vital to achieve our ambition to double the size of our business while reducing our environmental impact and increasing our positive social impact. The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) offers our graduates a mix of structured learning and on-the-job training to help them develop the leadership skills and commercial insight they need to be successful in the fast-paced and dynamic world we live in.

We would like to thank all our university partners who have supported us on campus and helped us to share our vision for sustainable business with the leaders of tomorrow.”

The award was presented by The Hon Christopher Pyne MP, Leader of the House and Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science.
