Keep clean!
Wash your hands
You should already be in the habit of washing your hands after going to the bathroom, but make sure you wash your hands before you eat as well. It's the single most important thing you can do to avoid spreading infection and illness.
Clean your nails
Remember also to keep your nails clean as they can harbour dirt and bacteria.
Clean your teeth
Cleaning your teeth regularly is a good way to help prevent tooth decay and bad breath. Rinse your mouth and toothbrush thoroughly after brushing and store your toothbrush where it will get air to dry.
Wash your body daily
Daily washing with soap or body wash and clean water eliminates wastes such as excess oils and perspiration from your skin. Even if you have sensitive skin there are products, such as DOVE Unscented Beauty Bar especially formulated for sensitive skin.
Use a deodorant or antiperspirant
While a wash all over every day will help stop body odour, products such as deodorants and antiperspirants have been developed to deal with the malodour associated with our bodies' perspiration process. Daily use of deodorant or antipersperant will help reduce body odour.
Wash your hair
Clean hair is part of good hygiene. Hair tends to become greasy and lank if it is not washed often enough. When washing your hair, massage the scalp to help remove dirt and excess oils. Shampoo must be rinsed thoroughly from the hair as the dirt is washed away with the shampoo foam.
