Questions we asked
It’s true that you only discover what a company is really like once you have begun working there. With that in mind we approached a number of graduates - from those yet to join us to those who have been with us for a year or longer - across our different functions to find out about their personal stories and experience with Unilever. We asked people to be candid, to give their full and frank feelings about our company, our culture and where they saw themselves headed.
We asked each graduate the following questions:
- Choices faced as a student on graduating – which companies were you considering post university and what was your experience in your final year going through (various) graduate selection programs?
- What experience did you have with Unilever and why did you end up accepting a position?
- What are your future aspirations and career plans for the next few years?
- What advice would you give someone considering applying to Unilever?
