Qualities that make up the real you!
While a good degree is important, we’re interested in your skills, experience and aptitudes - the qualities that make up the real you, those which will help you become an outstanding manager and aspiring leader.
Throughout our selection process we assess applicants on two criteria: the What and How.
What, refers to performance – what have you achieved in the past?
How, refers to how individuals deliver results. You will be measured by our stretching leadership competencies.
You will improve your chances if you familiarise yourself with them and understand how you measure up against each one, which may also give you insights into your own past successes and further development opportunities. To gain a greater insight into your current strengths and development opportunities, use our personal evaluation toolkit.
If you use these as a guide before submitting an application form, you could save yourself a lot of time.
