To enter simply purchase any specially marked 6 pack (6 x 330mL Cans) or 12 pack (12 x 250mL bottles) of Lipton Ice Tea from a participating outlet during the Promotional Period.
Cut out the voucher from the specially marked pack and present that voucher at any participating Barbeques Galore outlet to receive one set of 2 Lipton Ice Tea branded 350mL glasses (while stocks last).
Participation is limited to one claim per consumer per week.

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Offer is only open to residents of Australia who purchase any specially marked 6 pack (6 x 330mL Cans) or 12 pack (12 x 250mL bottles) of Lipton Ice Tea from a participating outlet. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating Barbeques Galore outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate.
Offer opens 01/10/07 and closes on 30/09/08 (Promotional Period). The total number of Lipton Ice Tea branded 350mL glasses that will be distributed amongst the participating Barbeques Galore outlets will be 40,000 (20,000 sets of 2).
The offer is to purchase any specially marked 6 pack (6 x 330mL Cans) or 12 pack (12 x 250mL bottles) of Lipton Ice Tea during the Promotional Period, cut out the voucher printed on pack and present that voucher at a participating Barbeques Galore outlet to receive one set of 2 Lipton Ice Tea branded 350mL glasses, valued at $9.95. 20,000 pairs of glasses to be given away while stocks last.
Offer limited to one claim per consumer per week. Only original vouchers accepted and must be surrendered when redeeming offer.
Total value of the glasses is $199,000. The promotor and Barbeques Galore reserve the right to verify the validity of claims, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the claim process, for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected claims. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the gift value. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with taking the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
