Which Continental brand products are low fat?

Enjoying a low fat diet is easier if you know what products are low fat. Low fat food products have no more than 3g fat per 100g for solid food or 1.5g fat per 100mL for liquids. Another way some food labels highlight that the food is low fat is by claiming ‘97% fat free’. The following is a list of low fat products in the Continental range:

Vegiful Cup.a.Soup are 90% vegetable, is this really true?

Yes. Vegiful Cup.a.Soup is made with dried vegetables and/or vegetable powders. When made up with boiling water, Vegiful Cup.a.Soup is at least 90% vegetables. Other ingredients like milk, herbs, spices and flavours make up the other 10%. Vegiful Cup.a.Soup meets the strict nutritional criteria for Heart Foundation Tick approval in the soup category, including saturated fat, sodium and fibre.
