For your chance to win, purchase any Sunsilk shampoo and conditioner form the new Co-Creations range from a participating Priceline store during the promotional period and enter the promotion.
How to enter
1. To enter simply purchase any Sunsilk shampoo and conditioner from the new Co-Creations range (“Participating Products”) in one transaction from a participating Priceline stores between 5/7/10 and 1/8/10. (Promotional Period).
2. To enter, individuals must log on to www.sunsilk.com.au and follow the prompts to the Priceline promotional page, then leave your full name, phone number, postal address, email address, the last four digits of the barcode (found on the back of your participating product) and your Priceline receipt number and select your six month magazine subscription choice between Marie Claire, In Style and Woman’s Health during the Promotional Period. All fields are mandatory for an entry to be valid.
Entrants must retain a photocopy of all Priceline receipts for all entries as proof of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all entries before awarding the prize.
Terms & conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter, participating Priceline stores, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Incomplete or indecipherable entries or claims will be deemed invalid.
4. Promotion commences 9.00am AEST on 5/7/2010 and closes at 12.59pm AEST on 1/8/2010 (Promotional Period). The first one thousand (1000) valid entries received have the choice of one (1) of the following three (3) six month Magazine Subscriptions; Marie Claire valued at RRP $49.20, In Style valued at RRP $47.70 or Women’s Health valued at RRP $43.20. Winners will be notified by email and phone within 2 days of being determined.
5. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Total number of prizes to be won is 1000.
7. The maximum total prize pool is valued at up to RRP $49,200.00.
8. Prize will only be delivered in Australia. Issue dates vary between each publication. First delivery may take 12 weeks after subscription selection. This offer is not valid with any other subscription promotion.
9. Magazine titles selected by the winner at the time of entry are not exchangeable for an alternative title once details are entered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the use of techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs, for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11. Entrants are limited to one entry per any two (2) Participating Products purchased from the participating range of Sunsilk products.
12. Proof of purchase for every entry submitted, in the form of a photocopy of an original store purchase receipt(s), must be provided on the Promoter’s request in order to claim the prize. Where a copy of the receipt is not provided on request, or the receipt/s records a purchase outside of the promotional period, the entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be re-drawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Unrecognised unique codes will not be accepted. The same unique code cannot be used more than once.
13. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those entrants invalid. If the Promoter (or any of its suppliers) considers, in its absolute discretion, that there has been excessive use/manipulation of the entry process by an entrant, the Promoter (or any of its suppliers) may exclude that entrant from participation in the promotion.
14. Cost of accessing the Internet or mail entry is the entrant’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
15. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw if necessary at the same time and place as the original draw on 29/11/2010 at 11am AEST in order to distribute any prize/s unclaimed by that date, subject however to any directions from a regulatory authority.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
17. Limit of one prize per household per day, except in the case of winners from SA and ACT.
18. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise.
19. In the event that the prize/s are/is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of equal recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
21. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
22. It is a condition of entry that the winner (and companions) may be required to execute a Deed of Acknowledgement, Release and Indemnity in a form prescribed by the Promoter in its discretion.
23. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
24. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the telephone or internet user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website, software failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the promotion.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
25. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. 26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
