1. Information on how to enter and information in relation to this offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Offer is open to Australian residents. Offer commences 22/02/10 and closes 04/04/10 or until stocks lasts (“Offer Period”).
3. Prize pool consists of 100,000 Lipton Ice Tea glasses, valued at RRP $4.00 each. Total National prize pool is valued at up to $400,000. Prizes available per state as follows:
* NSW / ACT - 14,000 glasses. Prize pool valued at $56,000.00
* VIC – 20,000 glasses. Prize pool valued at $80,000.00
* QLD – 29,000 glasses. Prize pool valued at $116,000.00
* SA – 17,000 glasses. Prize pool valued at $68,000.00
* WA - 20,000 glasses. Prize pool valued at $80,000.00
4. To receive the free gift, the consumer must purchase any two (2) Lipton Ice Tea products in the same transaction from a participating IGA, SupaIGA, Foodland, Supabarn or Foodworks store throughout Australia during the Offer Period. Offer only available at selected IGA, SupaIGA, Foodland, Supabarn and Foodworks stores where promotional material is displayed. The free gift is a single drinking glass with a Lipton Ice Tea logo. The free gift can be claimed at the point of purchase.
5. Free glass must be claimed in-store at the time of purchase when you buy any two (2) Lipton Ice Tea products in one transaction. Free gift valid only until stocks last.
6. Limit of one free gift per two (2) Lipton Ice tea products purchased in one transaction.
7. All claims are subject to a verification check by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Free gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
