How to enter
1. To enter simply purchase any 2 Impulse products (“Product”) from any Woolworths store during the Promotional Period. Tell us in 25 words or less who would be your dream date and why and send in with a photocopy of your store receipt to:

Entries must be received by last mail 24.06.09.
Entrants must retain a photocopy of all store purchase receipt/s for all entries as proof of purchase of each product. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase for each entry made to verify all entries before awarding the Prize. Consumers may enter as many times as they like provided each entry is associated with a separate purchase of two (2) Impulse products.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences 12.01am AEST 25.05.09 and closes 11.59pm AEST 21.06.09. Entries must be received by last mail 24.06.09.
5. Prizes will be judged at Unilever Australia Ltd, 20 Cambridge Street, Epping NSW 2121 on 25.06.09. The judges reserve the right to select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next most creative and literate entries, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
6. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be notified by telephone and mail on Friday, 26.06.09.
7. The name of the winners of the Major Prizes will be published in The Australian on 06/07/09.
8. The five entries judged as the best responses will each win a Major Prize. The Major Prize is an Impulse Romantic Spark/Australia’s Next Top Model VIP Experience. The Major Prize includes; (a) return economy airfares between winner’s closest state capital city and Sydney for 2 adults (flights not included if the winner is a resident of NSW), (b) 2 nights accommodation in the 4 star Hilton Hotel in a twin share room (c) return private car transfers between Sydney Airport and the Hotel and return private limo transfers between the Hotel and Fox Studios & the Hilton Hotel and Joh Bailey Hair Salon, (d) 2 tickets to see the 2009 Final of Australia’s Next Top Model, (e) a wash, blowdry & upstyle at John Bailey Salon at Double Bay, (f) a 3 hour shopping trip with a stylist at Westfield Bondi Junction and (g) $1,000 spending money. The Major Prize is valued at up to $7,200 (depending on Major Prize winner’s point of departure). Spending money, meals, insurance, transfers to and from departure point, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancilliary costs are not included and are the sole cost and responsibility of the Major Prize winner. If the Major Prize winner is under the age of 18, the Major Prize winner must be accompanied by that Major Prize winner’s parent or guardian while taking part in the Major Prize.
9. The Major Prize winner will be contacted by phone and mail within two days of the judging taking place, and must be available to travel on or before the date of the 2009 Australia’s Next Top Model Final on Tuesday July 7th, 2009.
10. Total prize pool is valued at up to $36,000.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering with the entry process, for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. Entrants are limited to one entry for every two (2) Impulse products purchased. Proof of purchase for every entry submitted, in the form of an original store purchase receipt(s), must be provided on the Promoter’s request in order to claim a prize. Where a copy of the receipt is not provided on request, or the receipt/s records a purchase outside of the Promotional Period, the entry will be deemed invalid, the entrant will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the entry judged next best.
13. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
14. If the Major Prize winner cannot be contacted by phone or mail by 29.06.09, the Major Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may select the next reserve entry which they determine to be the next most creative and literate at Unilever Australia, 20 Cambridge Street, Epping on 30.06.09 at 9.00am. The new winner will be notified by phone or mail (within 2 business days of the draw date) and will be published in The Australian on 06.07.09.
15. If the Major Prize winner is from South Australia, that winner must claim the prize by 30.06.09 otherwise the Promoter may conduct a further draw as outlined in Clause 14 above. If the Major Prize winner is from South Australia and claims the prize between 01.07.09 and 02.11.09, that winner will be awarded the travel element of the Major Prize however the 2009 Australia’s Next Top Model 2009 Final tickets and all Australia’s Next Top Model related prize elements will be forfeited.
16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless specified otherwise.
17. In the event that the prizes are not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
19. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, taking or using a prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. It is a condition of entry that the winner (and companions) may be required to execute a Deed of Acknowledgement, Release and Indemnity in a form prescribed by the Promoter in its discretion.
21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. 23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
