How to claim your cash back

Simply purchase any Dove Hand or Body product between 01.03.10 and 30.6.10, download the claim form from www.mydove.co.nz (or downlaod from the link on this page) and send the completed form in with a copy of your sales receipt to:

Terms & conditions

1. Information on how to enter and information in relation to this offer form part of
    these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be
    acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any
    other offer.

2. Offer is only available to residents of New Zealand. Employees of the Promoter,
    participating stores, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies
    associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to claim this offer.

3. Cash back is only valid on the following Dove Hand and Body range of products:
    Dove Replenishing Beauty Body Lotion 375ml, Dove Rich Nourishing Beauty Body Lotion
    375ml, Dove Extra Rich Beauty Body Lotion 375ml & Dove Fresh Touch Beauty Body
    Lotion 375ml.

4. Offer is valid on retail purchases between 01 March, 2010 and 30 June, 2010
    (Promotional Period) up to the RRP value of $7.65 per product.

5. To claim, consumers must purchase any one of the Dove products detailed in Clause
    3 from any participating stores[CW2] during the promotional period, complete the original
    claim form and mail together with a copy of the receipt to Dove Hand and Body
    Cash Back, Private Bag 47908, Ponsonby, Auckland 1144, New Zealand
.   Standard postage costs apply to cash back claims. Claimants must retain the original 
    purchase receipt.

6. All claims must be received by 30 June, 2010.

7. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery of your money order.

8. Only one cash back claim per household permitted.

9. Claims will be limited to the first 2,000 received.

10. All claims are subject to a verification check by the Promoter. The Promoter
      reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims.  The Promoter’s decision is
      final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected mail.

12. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the
      promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not
