This is equivalent to spreading FLORA PRO-ACTIV on 3-4 slices of bread a day. Use of plant sterols is only one way of managing cholesterol. Check with your doctor for more advice. If you eat less than 25g per day FLORA PRO-ACTIV spread will still reduce cholesterol absorption, though the effect will not be as great.

Is FLORA PRO-ACTIV spread vegetarian?

FLORA PRO-ACTIV spread is vegetarian. However the product contains milk solids (skim milk powder). FLORA PRO-ACTIV Light spread is not vegetarian. The Light variant contains gelatine, which is from animal origin.
