Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts was born in Sydney and graduated from University of Technology, Sydney with a BEng (Mech) with 1st class honors. He commenced working for Unilever in 1991. Richard has held various roles in Unilever across Australia and New Zealand, mostly in manufacturing.

During his five years as Factory Director for the North Rocks factory, he led the transformation to a world class aerosols factory that now successfully exports products into many Asian countries. In his previous role as Customer Supply Chain Director, he managed the interface of our supply chain with the customers’ supply chain and implemented an S&OP process across the Australia New Zealand business.

As Supply Chain Director, Australia New Zealand, he is responsible for end to end supply chain across the four Unilever Australasian factories.

Richard is married with two children and is a sports and fitness fanatic, competing in distance running, golf, cricket and baseball. He always looks forward to spending time with his family and helping his children in their sporting adventures as well.
